How We Use Your Personal Information  

This privacy notice is issued by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Department of Education (DfE). It is to inform learners how their personal information will be used by the DfE, the ESFA (an executive agency of the DfE) and any successor bodies to these organisations. The Act requires that data provided by learners of PETA, must only be used for the purposes for which it was originally collected and that data no longer required must be destroyed. Staff will ensure that all information is held securely and treated in confidence, with access rights for relevant individuals only. Learners must ensure that all the information that PETA holds about them is accurate and up to date.
